Douglas Rosenberg

Rosenberg is a business leader based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He capped a 25 year real estate career as an early commercial and residential developer of the South of Market Area (SOMA) of San Francisco, orchestrating an orderly exit by mid 2008. He founded the Rosenberg Alzheimer's Project in 2007 searching for a cure by funding innovative, out of the box research and clinical trials. In late 2014, Rosenberg became Chairman of Midwestern BioAg, a Wisconsin-based fertilizer company with products based on sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices. He stepped down as active Chairman but remains involved as a Board member. Rosenberg is the founding CEO of Mesh Ventures.

Parker Berling

Parker Berling is a seasoned technology and cannabis industry executive. He’s held senior product strategy roles at technology companies including Oracle, Responsys and Heighten. He has also spent the last five years as a central player in the Humboldt County cannabis industry developing the One Log Cannabis Business Park and actively managing three cannabis farms covering more than 138 acres.

Martin Kaufman

Martin Kaufman has extensive entrepreneurial experience in construction, real estate development, business development, cannabis dispensaries and cannabis product development. He’s founded numerous successful companies, including SK Builders, Core Security Solutions and Blüm. Kaufman exited Blüm when it was acquired by Terra Tech Corporation.

Sabas Carrillo

Sabas is an accounting and finance professional with a career in public company operations. He has spent the last 8 years taking several cannabis companies public on the OTC and CSE. He helped take the first medical marijuana dispensary public on the OTC. He’s had leadership roles in cannabis companies and dispensaries, has written SOPs for use in permitting processes in California and Nevada, lead the accounting and finance team of the first cannabis publicly traded accelerated filer that was compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley, and has lead the acquisition of over 10 dispensaries. Sabas is also currently president of Adnant, LLC, a firm specializing in public company advisory, and merger and acquisition consulting. Clients include WeedMaps, Golden Leaf, Terra Tech and MedMen. Sabas has a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Computer Programming from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Susan Grayson Stone

Susan Grayson Stone has more than twenty-five years of progressive leadership experience across a variety of roles and functions, in both consumer and small business markets, including: consumer goods, technology and business services. Susan spent the last 15 years at Intuit, where her career spanned senior leadership roles in marketing, operations, human resources and customer care. She began her career in catalog, database and online marketing, including roles at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Entrepreneur Media and Dun & Bradstreet.

Salwa Ibrahim

For more than 10 years, Salwa Ibrahim has been a pioneer in the California cannabis industry. Throughout multiple states, she has opened and operated numerous dispensaries and cultivation/extraction facilities, totaling over $50M in sales annually.  In 2016, Salwa and her partners made history with Blum, the first cannabis dispensary to do an initial public offering. She continues to play a key role in the market as recreational use drives rapid change in the industry.

Peter Huson

Dr. Peter Huson is an executive engineer with a management portfolio that includes projects for NASA, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Lockheed Martin, Boeing and the US Navy. Huson is the co-founder of Northern Nights Music Festival and One Log Cannabis Business Park, specializing in compliance, permits, entitlements, business strategy, real estate, and government affairs.

Ian Habenicht

With a background involving wealth management and several corporate finance roles, Ian transitioned to the cannabis industry after spending the majority of his career in Medical Device Technologies. As a former director of a Swiss Principle Tax model overseeing revenues in excess of $800M and three Toll Manufacturers, he has most recently implemented and managed BPO models across Eastern Europe and India.
